Last week I placed a 700 € order at Dell, checking up on it
today it turns out that it has been cancelled - by dell. So I call
to find out why it has been cancelled.
It turns out:
1. They don't call cell phones or they haven't been able to call my
cell. (weird)
2. They are not able to deliver to my area in the Iberian Peninsula
(
Madrid) & that I live in a high risk
area.
3. Supposedly I should have received this information by email, I
haven't. Not even in the spam folder.
I'd really like to have the new Dell Studio 15 laptop... but it
just became a pain in the ass ordering it.
